Signature Wines is delighted to announce that the new range of white wines from the Stobi Winery is expected to arrive into the UK during May. New to the collection will be the indigenous variety, Žilavka, which is a delightfully fresh and spicy wine, ideal if your customers are looking to enjoy a lighter wine for the summer. Flavours of lemon and white peach make this characterful wine perfect with dishes like simply grilled fish or as an accompaniment to antipasti or delicate pork fricassee where the lingering white pepper finish will tickle the taste buds.
