The Stobi Winery in Macedonia already has a pretty impressive and modern wine making operation.
However, keen to ensure they are always at the forefront of Macedonian Wine making the winery continues to invest into the business. The Stobi Winery has just announced a new green field investment of over 20 million Euros, that applies the latest wine technology to their established business. This falls in line with their philosophy and moreover, their obligation to create quality products, well packed and recognised as a wine that balances desirable quality with affordable price in a manner that attracts the final consumer and guarantees building a truly recognisable brand. Stobi take care of the full production process by applying the highest European standards from the field till the bottle. They have GAP certificated production for their grapes and a HASSAP certificated Winery that applies the latest ISO standards. The winery is proud to be able to state that they do not buy in any grape, with 600 hectares of their own vineyards they can control the full process and do not need to depend on outside suppliers helping ensure the high levels of quality they adhere to.
