Created from an intriguing blend of local grapes, 70% R’kaciteli and 29% Župljanka, which produce an appealing bouquet of white peaches and citrus fruits with a dash of Chardonnay providing a lovely texture. Dry with a refreshingly crisp finish, this Cuvée has delightful notes of fruit salad and lemon zest.

Interview with Stobi Winemaker Dane Jovanov

Following his father’s passion for winemaking, Dane Jovanov has travelled widely in pursuit of his craft, visiting the regions of Bordeaux, Italy and South Africa. In 2005 he received his wine making degree from his home town University of Skopje, Macedonia.




It has been a very busy and exciting few weeks for Signature Wines. Following on from the successful trip from the Stobi Winery last week, Signature's Business Development Manager hopped on a plane today to spend a few days at the Winery in Macedonia.
